NEWS RELEASE
TOWN OF INNISFIL
*************************
With Ontario in Step Two of its Roadmap to Reopen, Innisfil’s Town Hall (2101 Innisfil Beach Road) is reopening on Tuesday, July 6 for Customer Service. The hours of operation for in-person service will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Innisfil continues to take a cautious and responsible approach to reopening the Town and asks that all residents use vigilance when visiting Town Hall.

Digital and phone channels remain available Monday to Friday. Residents can access Customer Service through these channels by calling 705-436-3710, emailing [email protected] or submitting an online request at innisfil.ca/contactus. Residents are encouraged to continue to visit Innisfil.ca/eservices for online services, including:

  • Payments for property taxes
  • Document commissioning
  • Parking ticket payments and reviews
  • Building permit submissions
  • Planning application submissions
  • Burn permits
  • Leisure programs
  • Freedom of Information requests
  • Road permits
  • Marriage license applications
  • Civil marriage ceremony bookings
  • Dog licences (new and renewals)

The Town is taking every safety measure to protect visitors and staff, including enhanced cleaning, measures to ensure physical distancing, and health screening for those working or visiting the facility. Ample signage and floor markings are in place to ensure it is clear where everyone should enter the building, stand in line, and access municipal services.

Please do not visit Town Hall if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. As mandated by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, face coverings are required when entering into a public space.

The Town also asks that residents use debit to pay instead of cash, and that cheques continue to be mailed or placed in the drop box as much as possible.

The Town appreciates everyone’s patience as facilities and amenities gradually reopen and thanks residents for doing their part to keep public spaces, programs and services safe for everyone.
