It seems like Alcona residents love the latest fast-food addition to town.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has opened at 1070 Innisfil Beach Road, Unit 17, in the Crossroads Plaza.
Popeyes is an American chain that features fried chicken and seafood on its menu. Popeyes is owned by Restaurant Brands International, which also owns Tim Hortons and Burger King.
“We are really excited to be opening this new Popeyes location in Innisfil,” franchise owner Waqas Akram said. “Guests have been craving a Popeyes in the town of Innisfil, and they are showing up to show their support.”
Akram said he and the restaurant staff look forward to continuing to operate in Innisfil.
