October 28, 1949 — January 23, 2025
We sadly announce the passing of Jerry “Boots” Blain on January 23, 2025, at Southlake Hospital, Newmarket at 75 years of age. He passed peacefully and with dignity, not attached to life support to prolong his final journey, as were his wishes. He was not alone, not in pain and was wished safe travels to meet with his beloved wife Isabel. Jerry is survived by siblings: Connie (Brad), and Heather; Nephews: Kyle (Melissa), Kevin (Michelle), and Andrew (Bonnie); Great Nephews & Nieces: Daniel, Jonathan, Haiden, Hailee, and Cole; Dear Friends: Greg, Donna-Marie, and Bruno.
Cremation has occurred. His family thanks the Southlake Regional Health Centre ICU for their dedicated and respectful care of Jerry.
