Early morning commuters got an eye-opener Wednesday as they navigated around an overturned vehicle in the middle of Highway 400 near Bayfield Street in Barrie.
The OPP says officers responded to the scene around 6:15 a.m. on Feb. 19 for a flipped SUV in the southbound lanes of the highway.
There were no injuries reported or charges laid in the incident, OPP Const. Scott Stratton told BarrieToday.
“A couple of lanes were blocked while they righted and removed it … around 8 a.m. the highway was cleared,” he said.
