Police investigating armed home invasion in Bradford

Three suspects, one of whom had knife, broke into home Tuesday, South Simcoe police say

Police are looking for three suspects following an armed home invasion Tuesday in Bradford.

At about 11 a.m., South Simcoe police responded to a home in the area of Professor Day Drive and Line 8. Three unknown suspects, all believed to be male, broke in while the residents were home. One of them had a knife, police said in a news release.

After realizing there were other people in the residence, the suspects fled in an unknown direction. There were no reports of physical injury.

Police said there is “no active concern for public safety.”
