The retiree says she bought this ticket and played it in her car. "I started to scream when I saw that I'd won! I felt the whole car shaking – that's how happy and excited I was. I was in full party mode! It was the happiest moment of my life!"
Tan says she shared the news with her daughter first and plans to tell everyone else once she has her winnings. She plans to share the win with family.
"I feel extremely lucky. It's finally my time," she concluded.
