With the announcement of a strike from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, the Town of Innisfil is sharing information on ways residents and businesses can pay bills or fines.

If you have a bill or fine to pay, you can do this online at Innisfil E-Services, which also offers you the option to pay for roads permits, FOI requests, civil ceremonies, and more. For property tax related payments, visit Property Taxes - Town of Innisfil.

You can also come in person to Innisfil Town Hall, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to make your payment or for any other urgent or timely correspondence and use the secure drop box located outside the main entrance to Innisfil Town Hall (2101 Innisfil Beach Rd.).

If you need further assistance, or would like to inquire about a past-due balance, you can reach the Town of Innisfil by phone, 705-436-3710 (toll-free: 1-888-436-3710) or email customer service.

Please note: Despite the Canada Post interruption, there will be no waiver of penalty/fine increases as there are multiple options available to pay.
