A man was transported to hospital with undisclosed injuries after the vehicle he was driving struck a house in south-end Barrie this morning.
City police received the call for what they said was a “personal injury collision” at 10:02 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 10.
“The male (driver) appears to have reversed into a home located on Baldwin Lane,” police communications coordinator Peter Leon said.
Leon said there is “some damage” to the garage area and “significant damage” to the rear of the SUV involved in the collision.
Baldwin Lane is located near Burton Avenue and Bayview Drive.
The police traffic unit is assisting with the investigation, which is ongoing.
