An arson investigation is underway following a fire Tuesday at a building that was under construction in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.
At about 4:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to a structure fire in a new subdivision on Marigold Boulevard, in the area of County Road 14 and Concession Road 8, in Colgan. Firefighters extinguished the blaze at the residence, which appeared to be under construction before the fire took place, Nottawasaga OPP said in a news release.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
